Cousins photos with matching shirts are one of our most favorite traditions for our yearly family trip!
Every year our family takes a trip to San Diego together from our homes in the Phoenix, AZ area. This started in 2007 before any of us had kiddos and has extended 12 years when we are 14 kids strong {ages from 11 down to 2}. We have come with tiny babies [yes, even 1 week old], with giant pregnant mama bellies, potty training [Kellen is potty training this year and was just 2 days in when we started the 6 hour drive to San Diego sans diaper], and so much more. Almost nothing makes a family miss this trip.
Our super cute cousins shirts, personalized by the wonderful and talented Laingville Creations, were perfect once again! Every year we change out the colors and the style so we can keep it fresh but consistent. We are always excited to share this tradition that we started in 2013!
In 2013 we were hand dying white T-shirts with Rit Dye and using iron on transfers to make our precious shirts. Now we get to order the perfect colors with the perfect vinyl design. We love every iteration and tend to love each year more than the previous.
Have questions about how we make this happen with 14 kids, lens choice for our photos, shirt selection, or anything else? Leave us a comment or send us a message!

That looks awesome! Do you know what font she used for the shirts?
Thanks, Heather! We were super excited by them! I don’t remember the font, but I am pretty sure we googled “free baseball font” and checked out images until we found one that looked like it would work.
Love the cousin shirts, may I ask what font you used.
Thanks, Andrea!! This is one of our most favorite traditions! I couldn’t find the exact font, but I know we googled “free baseball font” and found one that was cute and free for personal use.
